In 2008 Brad and Becky align forces and establish the Brad and Becky Team. It was the comment they continuously received "Here comes B&B", that led to the branding of the B&B Team in 2016. The following year they decided to grow the team, first with the hiring of their current Admin Lisa Salomon and next Paulina Izienicka as a Sales Representative. In 2019 our team officially became their own Brokerage as a franchise with The Realty Firm and Tiffany Fewster joined our team as a Sales Representative. Melanie Olivier became licensed as a Sales Representative with our team in March of 2020.
We are proud of our achievements within The Realty Firm as an organization, we have received the #1 Team Award for sales production in 2017 and 2019.

Hello! My name is Paulina Izienicka. Born in Poland, I moved here with my family when I was 8 years old. Since then I have called Woodstock my home and I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. I left only for a short while to attend Laurier University and I knew that I wanted to come back to my roots to start my career and family life here. Every day I discover something new about Woodstock that digs my roots a little deeper in this friendly city.
I am a mother of 2 boys; a 12 year old and 5 year old. My partner is a local business owner as well and together we have both learned how to successfully balance our time for work and family life. We are active in our local community and spend a lot of time at the soccer fields as our oldest son plays rep soccer for the Woodstock Stallions. My youngest son loves to swim and enjoys just being a 5 year old boy (I’m sure lots of you parents can relate!).

My name is Melanie Olivier, I am excited to introduce myself as the newest sales representative with The Realty Firm, B&B real estate team. As a daughter of Becky Eddy, I naturally have been interested in real estate and home ownership from a young age. Having renovated, designed and owned multiple homes personally I have developed a keen eye for what makes that perfect home or diamond in the rough. After almost a decade in the financial industry I have a wealth of knowledge in regards to financing for first time home buyers, upsizing or downsizing your home and investors looking at diversifying their portfolio with real estate holdings.
