In 2008 Brad and Becky align forces and establish the Brad and Becky Team. It was the comment they continuously received "Here comes B&B", that led to the branding of the B&B Team in 2016. The following year they decided to grow the team, first with the hiring of their current Admin Lisa Salomon and next Paulina Izienicka as a Sales Representative. In 2019 our team officially became their own Brokerage as a franchise with The Realty Firm and Tiffany Fewster joined our team as a Sales Representative. Melanie Olivier became licensed as a Sales Representative with our team in March of 2020.
We are proud of our achievements within The Realty Firm as an organization, we have received the #1 Team Award for sales production in 2017 and 2019.

I am Brad Vink a real estate agent, I have been servicing Oxford County and surrounding area for over 30 years. I was born and raised in Woodstock with deep rooted ties to the community through coaching sports, raising children and volunteering. Real estate was a natural career path for me as both my parents were brokers themselves. They owned and operated Peter H. Vink Real Estate Ltd. for several decades in Woodstock.

I will start by introducing myself, Family, and home mean so much to me! Our home continues to be blessed with the love of 5 beautiful children. As we watch them grow and now establish their own homes it allows me to reflect on the memories that we have made. We are now on an exciting new path with 3 Grandchildren and enjoying making new memories each day!
